These shoes have been worn once, and the wear can be detected on the soles, but they are still just like brand new! Tag on the soles under the arch, authenticates & identifies the genuine Alligator Skin as the material used in crafting the uppers. The shoes have been worn once, and the photos do reveal the wear, but the wear was barely significant and the uppers show NO evidence of wear! A wonderful find at a very low price. You can find other genuine alligator shoes priced over $1500 and much higher if there is a known designer associated with them!
